OPEN

Open - Is it simple word? Is it easy to understand? It is. But it's not easy to be open.

I thought I'm open. But it seems it's not that much. Or in another words. I'm open. But not to everybody.

Recognized that I'm in the same situation, face the same problem as before. And I still could not find better way to deal with it. Uhmmm Meant I havent learnt the lesson. Ah no I leant but havent applied it yet. haha ....

Open - Season's open. Chrismast is in the air. Everywhere. Tomorrow is Advent. The 4th Sunday before Xmas when every house lit up the first candle. From last night every house hangs on star at window. Its great to walk down the street at night this time of the year. Tomorrow I'll join other BPs in Helsingborg for Avent. Cannot wait! :)

Self esteem

Lake in Almhult

Working with my coach recently and we found out the area that we should work with is "Self esteem". What I need to do is "Love myself more and the most".

Sound simple but it's not easy. Anyway I'm happy that at least now I know what I should focus on :).

Reflection

I've got a very nice day today. The weather was just suddenly very very nice. Honey sun shine. Clear blue sky and not very cold. And I joined the other people IKEA culture day.

After sometimes talked about culture in general, IKEA culture in particular we went throuh IKEA museum and together again discuss about IKEA Tillsamman. Of course we would not miss FIKA :). Then we were on bus headed to Ingvar's private house.

At Ingva's house we had lunch. A tipical Swedish pea soup for Thursday and pancake together with some Swedish beer. A coffee again. After that we gathered at living room listened to the lady now takes care of the houses (the maid before) talked about the house and answered many questions we rained on her :D I love it very much listening to stories of Ingvar who invented IKEA in a cosy room with coffee and sunshining around. I finally got understood how he can make it IKEA like today.

It's time for FIKA. Then went out in a group of 3,4 to see the landscape around the house and of course open discuss again about culture, values... We did discuss alot but more about ourselves, our countries, our oganisations...But finally it was all about culture. Because we are such a different so we need something call IKEA culture to connect us together. :)

Back met up again in the house we talked about REFLECTION. And it was the world for me in the day. It's not only I got a big reflection upon myself about IKEA culture and values. But it's the first time I got that good definition about REFLECTION.
